thanks ladies. i eat breakfast every day between 8 am - 10 am never later than that. I always eat lunch as well, because i do feel hungry by 1 or 2 pm, but once it is dinner time I am not hungry at all.

Thank you! I will definitely keep that in mind. Since I have been here, I have become a gym junkie so I will definitely be exercising. Your suggestion to eat small amounts of the yummy food sounds reasonable. I will do my best to not go over board. :)

You can definitely lose 10 lbs by then!!!. Begin eating healthier little by little. If you usually eat two pizzas, eat one and add sad instead. Do not do drastic changes, staying on track will be harder. I have been able to lose 33 lbs in the past 4 months. Most of that is due to my eating habits. I still eat really yummy…
