My training includes 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of weight training 4 - 5 days a week. Definitely getting the cardio in.

Thanks for the replies. I have no intention of giving up cause I am definitely seeing results. I took my Body Fat % last week and I am down from 29 - 18 % which I know isn't great but it is a huge change. Gonna drink water like a camel and see if that helps.

I buy MAX PROTEIN at GNC. By far the best tasting I have had. With a GNC card can get two bottles for $60 +/-. Chocolate tastes the best imo.

Last July around 247 lbs. About a month ago around 200 lbs.

Just got back from GNC and picked up their triple strength fish oil. With my GNC card I walked out with 120 tablets for $24.

Thanks. I entered it as walking and adjusted the calories from my HRM. Now what is the easiest way to do the weight training?

Thanks for the help everyone. Went to my local Academy and they had an F11 that the box was opened so they gave me 10% off and it rang up $109.88 so I got an F11 for less than $100. Now I have to figure out how to work it.
