Here is my intake from yesterday. I think I am stuck in the same spot most everybody has been at one point. I have drastically lowered my intake which has helped me to loose 20+ lbs but I have been there for almost a week now. I need to learn to eat more healthy calories. I am a type 2 diabetic of just a month now so I have cut out all the carbs and sugars. I assume I need to introduce some back in my diet.

The IMG has to be lowercase: img
I copied and pasted your link, but it's too small for me to read. You can make your diary public and then people can just go look at it.

I can't make out the tiny picture my eyes are getting old . Can you make your diary public so people can see it. If you don't want people to access it all the time you can change it back later.0

I think you need to eat more variety at breakfast and lunch. I see a trainer and she told me to eat my biggest meal is breakfast. I ussally eat 2-3 egg whites and either kashi blueberry waffles or some oatmeal. Lunch is anywhere from a lean cuisine/smartones/tuna/or a turkey sandwich.
You might just need to up your calories. I know that it is hard to think that you need to eat more to lose weight. My mind is stuck to thinking that I need to eat less to lose but it is the other way around. Just an idea. I didn't look like you are eating your exercise calories either. You need to eat those too to fuel your body.
I would say try to get more protein throughout the day and some berries/fruits. I hope that helps.

If the carbs you are eating is working for you I wouldn't change the amount especially if you are carb sensitive.
Eating whole oats may be better sodium wise but probably won't make that much of a difference.
Eating whole foods is always better than prepackaged but if eating lunch out is just what you do try to make a list of foods you can eat out before hand. I made of list of things I can have from the restaurants I frequent and what I can get the best bang for my buck.
Your fat is low you may want to try introducing more nuts and 'good' oils (coconut, flax seed, olive, butter). There was an excellent post about good fats to add to your diet I will try to find and post it.
Eat more protein. The original settings on MFP are low. I personally set mine at 40% carb; 35-40% fat and 20-25% protein.
Yes as the previous poster said you need to eat more. Please eat all of your calories. I am a short female and I have to eat at least 2000 with exercise so I know you need a bit more.
There are also several diabetics on this site who have beat their diabetes. July24Lioness is one I know for sure who may be able to help you more.0
