I am trying to enter treadmill as a cardio activity but it only finds treadmill / stair climber. Is this the same?
Also under weight training is it necessary to enter every set or is there a generic 30 minute weight training I can enter?

I just enter it as walking.0

I was entering Treadmill and for how long and how many calories I burned but then I noticed there was a walking option and I would definitely choose that if you stay the same speed the whole time.0

Thanks. I entered it as walking and adjusted the calories from my HRM.
Now what is the easiest way to do the weight training?0 -
You can enter weight training under weight training under cardio and it just wants the time you did the training! That is how I enter mine!0
