Water while running
How do you guys carry water while you are running? When I run on the treadmill I try to drink one bottle of water but don't take any water with me when I run around the neighborhood. Been thinking about a camelbak or something similar but wanted to get your thoughts.

How does this test Vo2Max? Mine has gone from 35 - 37 since I started wearing the HRM last November. Since then I have lost 40 lbs and went from not being able to walk for 30 mins to now running 3 miles. I have to be healthier then I was last November but the numbers aren't showing it.

How healthy is it really? I have about 60 lbs of ground venison in my freezer that we have been eating atleast twice a week. It is home made with 15% beef fat. Typically drain the fat before eating.

Heart Rate
I have noticed over the last several months it has become harder and harder to elevate my heart rate to 130. When I first started I had no problems but now I have to use incline and higher speeds to get it up. What does this mean? Does this mean I am getting healthier?

BMI
Who else thinks BMI is wrong? I am 5' 9" and BMI says I should be 165 lbs which is tiny for my body size. My goal is 185 which BMI considers overweight but at 185 I will be the smallest I have been in 15 yrs. I know numerous people over this weight so I don't understand how so many people are overweight.

This site says my daily intake of protein should be 71g. Last night I ate one chicken breast which I believe was 10 oz +/- which this site says is 74g. Can't believe this is all the protein I need for a day. Is this correct or am I missing something?
