Question about Cups

When entering milk into the food diary is a cup meant as a measuring cup or a glass? I assume it is a measuring cup. Sorry for the dumb question?

    1 cup is always 250 ml or 1 measuring cup. :)

    If your glass is an 8 oz glass - then it's a same...or if it's a pint glass and you fill it half full - but a cup is a unit of measure (as in 8 oz for liquid). Same at the bottom of the food page when you are tracking your water intake - a cup is 8 OZ.
