I hate rollercoasters. I love horror movies, as long as they don't involve clowns.

Up your calories any way you can. If you normally drink 2% milk, I'd switch to whole. If you use low fat butter, switch to full fat butter, etc. Definitely work out (lifting weights especially), because muscle weighs more than fat, and also looks better on a leaner frame than fat.

Most spreadable things are disappointing for that reason, imo

I prefer almond milk to soy, and either one to cow milk. Granted, I'm also lactose intolerant, but cruelty free milk is pretty awesome :)

I have a Fitbit and I generally wake up with negative calories myself. That goes away once I get up and start moving.

Well, I work with one of my fellow MFPers. I would definitely love to meet some of you wonderful people at some point in my life... (preferably after I'm at my goal weight!)

Wow! Your weight loss is amazing. Keep up the great work!!

I am in love with GNC's protein shakes. I've never had an issue with bloating from their whey protein shakes (I make mine with almond milk since I'm lactose intolerant), but I've also heard wonderful things about their vegan protein shakes. A lot of times you can pop into a store and ask for a free sample before you…

Personally, high carb, high protein, and low fat seem to be working for me. It all comes down to experimenting with what works best for you. Also, I eat back a good 50-75% of my exercise calories... I'd be dying on 1200 calories a day.

I can't poo in the morning. So I pee, weigh myself (while the shower heats up :p ), then shower. Never made that much of a difference to me.

Since I used to work as a pizza delivery driver, I always tip very well, at least 25% of my bill. If the weather is bad (rain, snow, etc.), tip more. I used to get stiffed all the time on tips from people when the weather sucked.

I've got "Like I Loved You" by Brett Young stuck in my head... heard it about 3 times on the radio today lol

I very loosely tracked my calories for my vacation, and I'm up 2lbs. We ate out a lot, so I'm not surprised to see the gain. I'd advise to wait a couple of days, eat and workout normally, and hopefully some of the weight will be gone. Yay for fluctuations!

I logged my birthday, and I logged some things on my vacation, but I was a lot more relaxed with my logging/eating habits. Once we got back though, I got right back to logging/eating more strictly.

I bought a cheap coffee maker from WalMart... it's definitely the coffee and creamers you purchase that make a difference. B)

I just got my Charge 2 HR today from Best Buy (gift to myself for losing 15 pounds!), and I already love it. The reminders to move are extremely helpful, as is the heart rate function. Today is my day off of the gym, so I don't know how well it does there, but I'm hopeful. :D PS: If any one is curious, you can download the…

Do you have negative calories enabled? When I set up my Fitbit, it had turned off negative calories for me and refused to calculate them.

Refillable. I've found a cup that I really like, so drinking water in that cup with a straw works best for me. I hate the taste of bottled water, but we do have a Brita pitcher at home.

Iced or hot, doesn't matter the variety, no sugar, no mint.

I work my coffee into my calorie goals almost every day... if not coffee, a Monster Rehab also does the trick. (Assistant Manager at a busy convenience store with a rotating schedule means I *need* my caffeine in the morning)

Hey there! I just shot you a friend request! I'm US based. Stick with MFP, the results will be slow, but it'll be worth it :)
-
Feel free to add me :) I'm open to anyone, and if you need anything, feel free to shoot me a private message as well.
-
Hey Amber! Good luck on your journey! If you want a few more friends, feel free to add me. I'm on daily, even if I don't post on the message boards.

Trans FtM here. I do a lot of cardio (walking, jogging, elliptical, etc.), and some weights (mostly pectoral flys at the gym, to give my chest more definition other than fat lol). I personally hate doing weights, even with my body weight. But I'm working on that

Here are my top 3 used apps: Pokemon Go Egg, Inc. (cookie clicker/ idle game about hatching chickens. Slow start, but super fun) Planet Fitness

Lima beans. I'll eat most things, but I won't touch lima beans. Also, any pickles that aren't dill. That also includes things like pickled eggs (my grandpa eats weird stuff)

Honestly, I bank my calories throughout the week for date night, that way we can eat what we want without going over my calories for the week. I also try to workout the day of our date, so I can eat a few hundred more calories. :)

I used to hate running, but I downloaded the Zombies! Run! app, and now I'm running on a treadmill 3x a week. I walk a lot at work as well. I'm definitely a "cardio bunny", can't stand weights.
