  • i've been doing push ups every gym session to keep me in the 'zone' so to speak. so i'm not really feeling it yet, but tonight is an arms session at the gym along with W1D3 so this could be painful!! I think week 2 will kill me as i have never gone over 10 push ups. I don't even know if i'll make it to W3D3, sounds painful…
  • wow that is a good loss. I've had the same (no where near as good as yours) size loss but not weight loss. Well done, great feeling isn't it?!
  • wow you look amazing :)
  • I completely agree, I've only lost 3lbs but i've lost inches, and the weight lost has mainly been on my legs and a little off of my waist. I've just converted the fat to muscle so the scales aren't moving. I would like the see the scales move but beggers cant be choosers, i'm just happy that clothes fit better, i'm…
  • Well i finally got around to starting this last night. I have an app on my phone for it. Last night W1D1 i did - 7 6 4 4 5
  • Thank you. I love them so much.
  • I soooooo did this. I wore them most of the weekend. I didn't want to put them in the wash incase they shrunk or something! :D

  • wow a massive change. Well done to you. I did the shred, but i could only managed 20 days, it was so bad on my knees.
  • Massive congrats. I had my first OMG they fit again feeling this morning after losing now weight. shape changing is ace :)
  • I just read this story on the sun website, Fantastic isn't it.
  • Hiya, I usually gain a couple of lbs and I bloat out so badly. The worst part is that I crave everything that is bad for me, chocolate being the worst offender. I just cant get enough of it. And I get so grumpy!! Grumpy doesn't actually cover it, i can be evil! When my last monthly was in, I was a vile mood, so i went to…
  • 10lbs of fat converted to muscle would be nice. I rely on scales so much and shouldn't. This has restored my faith in my hard work. I was going to the gym thinking 'this isn't working the scales aren't moving' and was starting to really struggle with motivation. Today I want to go to the gym to burn more because i know…
  • Week one day one for me today.
  • I've only just come across this and will be starting it during my gym workout tomorrow. I couldn't do any 6 months ago, but I have trained myself to do 8-10 per session. so I will be starting on column 2 :) Watch this space.
  • Good question I was wondering this :) Nice one ACG
  • I've been on it a few times and have had mixed things happen. The first time I lost over 3 stone, but I had split with my boyfriend in that time also. I just didn't eat much at all. The next time I was on it, i gained weight BUT I didn't eat healthy either. I think a lot of blame goes on the pills and depos and such, when…
  • I have decided to give up chocolate, this is my greatest and my enemy. I just can't say no to it. But from midnight tonight...... NO more chocolate.
  • I am useless at dieting, I just cant stick to things. but I found calorie counting so much easier. If i want to gorge on food or have something very naughty to eat (like today i'm going to the gourmet burger kitchen for dinner) then I go to the gym first. I almost earn my naughty food.. I cant say that this works for me as…
  • Bristol born and bred
  • Hiya, After my work outs I have a Maxitone sculptress protein shake. It's not the cheapest, but my aches have been massively eased by it. I've just started a new hardcore gym routine and wasn't expecting to be able to walk for the next 2 days and i was ok, a little achy but not in pain. it's not the cheapest shake but it…
  • I'll be doing the Bristol 10k RFL, My 3rd year in a row.
  • I'm Bristol too :)
  • Massive well done to you. I did my first half marathon in Sept 2011 and that feeling when you cross the line is unlike any other isn't it?? I almost cried I was so happy. big clap :)
  • Hiya, I'm in the same range, feel free to add me. I eat most of my workout cals back. mine isn't the best, but I don't 'ban' myself from any foods. Everything is good in moderation :)
  • ooooh that's good one. last year I gave up chocolate for lent. And as chocolate is my MASSIVE vice at the moment I think I will do the same. I gave up alcohol for a month at new year and have only had 1 glass of red wine since.
  • After the gym on monday and Zumba last night, it is safe to say that I ache a little. loved it though :)

  • I started zumba last Tuesday. I was always nervous that I'd make a fool of myself and that I'd get it all completely wrong. and I did just that. But I loved it. The instructor is really good and so funny. I'm going again tonight for the 2nd time and I cant wait. I have the bug.

  • The 2 I know of in September are the great north run on the 16th and the Bristol half marathon on 30th september. Great advice there mumof3 I'd forgotten about the incline on the treadmill. Running in the cold and/or wet is great, it really keeps you cool. last year I ran the 10k in 1hr6mins it was a hot day, the last one…
  • I would also get map my run app on your phone. it follows you on gps and tells you how far you ran and everything. i love it. Also, as soon as it's a nice day, get out there and road run, indoor running is completely different and road running is more strenuous and you use different muscles. you ache in strange places. In…
