Hey, that's a great goal you've set, it will take time but keep consistent and you'll get there. It might help if you set yourself some smaller goals leading up to that final goal. Fife in Scotland. Started back here 4 weeks ago at 73kg with a goal weight of 80kg. So far we’re at 76.3kg. Muscle memory is kicking in from the lost time over lockdown which I was at 80kg before so back in the gym smashing it every day BOOM!! 💥 I hope everyone else is killing it!!!
