The size down fits perfectly *huge cheesy grin*

I bought some new clothes in a size smaller than I was fairly sure I was. They not only fit, the jeans are probably a little too big :D

It's been a pretty eventful - not to mention stressful - 5 weeks but I've finally hit this target. Mini goal - look good at my friend's wedding in 3 weeks. Scale goal? Um... 3.4lb from losing another stone. So that, I guess
-
Yep, I'm there with you. I have a literal wing span.
-
I'm just less than 300lbs and I'm already being told that I've lost enough and not to lose any more. An instructor also assumed that I was close to goal and was shocked when I laughed and told her my weight. I'm trying to take it as a compliment that I'm carrying my, still considerable, weight well but I'm so sick of…

I'm a grumpy woman, right now.

I've lost an adult woman and a car tyre. Well, gosh :o

Lost 3.3lbs this week :) I'm just trying to keep on track, planning ahead and getting to my classes, despite how busy life is. SW: 457lbs GW: 152lbs Height: 5'9 30/12: 308.8 06/01: 302.4 13/01: 297.1 20/01: 293.8 27/01:

Lost 3.3 this week. New goal to the next stone marker, although this is a bit of a landmark, 13.8lb.

I get weighed once a week and measured around once a month. 23.5 cm down this time

You are all so lovely. The support and positivity in this thread is so motivating and inspiring. Thank you! And congratulations on all of your efforts and victories. Today is rest day but I'm feeling very restless, so I may have to do something later. I even managed some sleep, which is generally not something that…

Probably already been mentioned but if you feel hungry and don't think you're to the point where you should be, drink water. Hunger cues can be triggered by thirst.
-
@speyerj Great loss and beautiful shoes! Now you have to go somewhere fabulous to wear them ;)
-
To not shop when you're hungry! To be as consistent as you can, whether it's logging, exercise or water intake. To find what works for you!

My regular weigh in is a Monday so: SW: 457lbs GW: 152lbs Height: 5'9 30/12: 308.8 06/01: 302.4 13/01: 297.1 20/01: 27/01: I'm trying to keep up with all you beautiful people! So much news and positivity! Congratulations to you all, because, even if you stumble, you're here; you're doing this

Smashed it. I'm all quivery lipped and less than 300! New goal... 3.1lbs until the next stone marker
-
You look fabulous! The Jacobs Ladder is right next to where I work out in the gym and I've been eyeing it with trepidation for months. I think I'll make it my goal to have a go soon!

It's lovely reading your stories and following your journeys! My regular weigh in is a Monday so: SW: 457lbs GW: 152lbs Height: 5'9 30/12: 308.8 06/01: 302.4 13/01: 20/01: 27/01: It feels good to be back at the gym and in my normal routine again.

Wednesday's normal routine is gym and then Aquarobics. This morning was tough. Really tough after the Christmas shut down; but I powered through and did it anyway and now I feel fabulous *grins*
-
Adding the high kick ;)
-
Got it. New goal, 2.4lbs to get under 300.
-
1.6lbs to get to 150 lost.
-
Music and books. It's different for everyone; it's finding your happy place, I guess. Hope you find yours :)

Well the holidays have been odd. I've definitely indulged but not been ridiculous; I'm feeling good though. It's like my body is rearranging itself. My NSV though will sound ridiculous to most. I've been doing land Zumba for a couple of months now. It's hard, not going to lie, but it's getting easier with each session. The…

Hi guys :) SW: 457lbs CW: 308lbs GW: 152lbs Height: 5'9 2019 was quite the year. Big changes and a whole lot of emotions but I'm working hard and trying to set small achievable goals to hit along the way. So my first scale goal is to lose another 1.6lbs to make it 150 lost. Then to make it under 300. Life goals are…

I have a lot more than 60 to lose but I'd love to join, if that's ok?

I even asked my athletic daughter how the heck she gets comfy and she just shrugged. Does it get easier over time? I'm going to buy pillows today to pad myself out a little. I can only imagine how uncomfortable it'll be when the rest of this weight is gone :/
-
That your squishy comfortable days are over. My behind hurts when I sit. I feel bones. My hips and bony knees ache when I sleep on my side, my back hurts when I sleep on my front or back. It's 3.48am and this sucks.
-
This is what I do. It keeps me level with my eye on my Monday morning target.

I have to give a shout out to the people I affectionately refer to as my 'aqua ladies'. Most of my classes are water based and I genuinely have not come across a nicer, more lovely group of women. They are happy for me and what I'm doing, and they take notice of my achievements. It's like having my own little (not so…
