Hmm, maybe i should have put that in lbs and feet... I'm 5'5 i think, and the 100kg is now 96 and... it's about... between 220lbs and 210lbs, something like that.

I'm registered for an open water race on sunday - my main goal is to finish the distance. Swimming more regularly is definitely what i should do.

I usually just let it go - it's not like it really matters, as i'm not an athlete, i swim for myself. A little bit of hair doesn't hurt anybody, and i just can't bother - swimming is more important than being self conscious to me.

I also have a HRM, but i'm very new to using them. Is it thought to be used over long periods of time? Just sitting there on the chest?

Thanks for the message. Maybe logging before eating in a binge, if i remember that, would be nice, but you're right about other alternatives like a bath. Thanks for the support.

My main fear is that when i binge-eat, it is not at all about hunger. I don't feel hunger, so i can't reorient to water or tea. My problem is about emotions. In those moments i am too overwhelmed to be able to think of not eating mindlessly. I will try again. Thanks for your support.
