I don't have a precise goal just i'm listening to my doc (more or less) and I've Lost 5 kg in near 1 month. But it was a combination of taking care of food, gym and metformin. Still need to go at least 25 kg. I know that it will just slow down but it is ok for me.

You look just great! I strongly believe that the ideal weight is purely personal. For example I am obese if you look at my weight and just above average if you look at my body fat (36%). So if I were you I will just do what make me feel better.

For me you should focus on prevention. Keeping the eyes open. With my female student I made a little exercise. Outdoors in a skating park (with lots of obstacles) asked them what rout should choose to go from A to B. Then teach them when is better to avoid reacting. And for the extreme situations I will do for grabs…

One caffe-latte (around 200 ml of milk) in the morning and one or two expresso here (macchiato), one after lunch and one later. No sugar. But I don't use any creamer etc, just plain milk. I just cannot start my day without coffee and milk for brekfast. And still doing ok.

For me it is 3-4 krav maga classes a week plus walking. And in between I will just add little something light weights and stretching. I also loved body pump, strike zone, acquagym.

Well at least from what I saw in OMS guidelines and in the eating related diseases clinic where I have my doc they just recommend this ratio. Anyway the thread refers to people not following low carb diets.

I am insulin resistant and I have to eat carbs at each meal. At dinner a little less than lunch but anyway I have to eat them.
