Well when working but in summer i can drink nearly 4 lt of water. In winter I normally I drink around 1.5 lt excluding coffee and milk and when exercising about 2-21/2 lt. For me is like I drink 4-5 times a day, a huge amount... I can easily drink 1/2 lt of water in 30 seconds or less. I start believing I'm a camel. And…

In fact my main question was to rest or just to train a little it just to het up my muscles and that's it. And also if you think that it something needed in the perspective on not loosing lean mass.

Cycling is mostly cardio at least street cycling and not mountain bike. And the most important thing is to change routine so I think that your plan is ok. Then maybe in time you will need to switch again.

Mine is 1450 and I'm not eating back on purpose. Just if I'm hungry I will eat a little bit more tgan usual. I have anyway the advantage of having dinner or lunch (Saturday) 40-45 minutes after the workout so is just a richer meal. I'm 166 cm tall. My doc suggested me a diet of about 1300 kcal. I have my evening krav maga classes 8.30-10.00 or even 10.30 and tra afterwards i'm full on adrenaline and i cannot sleep till 2 o'clock in the night. And usually just drink an expresso in the morning and one after noon. With some exceptions I have the third around 5 o'clock.

For me are just long showers and gym workouts with my group. So I don't think at anything for a couple of hours.

Just go to a good doc neurology or orthopedic. First see what the problem is. I have two compressed disks (did several MRIs during the years) so for me is just physical problem. but with the help of physiotherapy, and especially acquagym now I can do full work krav maga lessons including the falls on the bare pavement…

In fact this was my concern. I have to weight in nearly every day because I am on metformin for insulin resistance and my doc asked me to do so. And I was just curious. And a little worried to be loosing too fast. Just simple math, with 3 workout a week if this is the trend. Anyway I will see this in time.

I usually have breakfast one hour and a half before going to gym. And I drink just half a cup of milk instead of the usual full cup. I discovered that too much milk makes me sick. And eat for example 2 slices of bread with cheese and some almonds. But never eat right before otherwise I end feeling sick.

And good or bad students. You need passion and commitment. It is not an average fitness class you need to focus and learn and try and retry! And as others told here it depends on your personality. I found myself loving krav maga after doing some judo (just a few months) as a kid. It is just me! Calm in normal circumstances…

This seem to be just a rumor but anyway you should teach your 4 legged friends to eat just the food you are offering them and anything else, neither in the yard or outside. Hi! I saw that we are more or less on the same boat. Same starting weight and similar goal also. For me it works not buying anything I shouldn't eat and for my sweet tooth almonds/nuts and coffee do the magic.

My dog Sheba let's see.. neighbors chickens.. and again neighbors chickens... Obviously the food in her bowl was not fresh or bio enough... And still tries to do it even if she is nearly 15 now :) (She is part wolf so I can understand her.. and also I have to pay for the bio chickens :D )

For me it was acquagym/acquafit classes in deep water. Never touching ground. And I am worst than a cat in water but I took the challenge! And of course walking and still enjoy that.

so. hairbrush, deodorant, a t-shirt (preferably clean), socks (clean of course unless I want someone killed), then my protection equipment (grappling gloves, boxing bands and shin protection but this is not general). The soap etc I can find it in the gym and I prefer showering at home. Otherwise a pair of plastic slippers…

I love my books an also my e-reader. Using it mostly when travelling.

I also have to struggle to do them just too much weight (sigh). I can do properly on my knees or on bench but just can't go down very well on the floor. Hope to improve when some weight will go away.

I just avoid any weighting on TOM. I usually wait until my bathroom trips are normal again so the water retention is out or at least should be.

I use it in salads, then to make pasta sauce and ... that's it
