Second day in which I am literally hungry...
I don't know if is the weekend (a little boring) but I feel I would eat anything! And I'm eating... I had a nice risotto portion (big) at lunch and I am again hungry! AAAARGH!

I am the only one here not following a low carb diet?!
I saw that the majority of people here is following a low carb diet. I was curious to exchange some ideas with people following a balanced diet as mine. (55% carbs, 30% fat, 15% protein).

Whist do you think? I should add extra strength training?
I currently workout 3-4 times a week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and sometimes Saturday morning for one hour and a half or more. Doing krav maga. Pretty demanding both in cardio and strength. My question is since I'm also loosing weight if u need to incorporate strength training when not going to gym and what I could do?…

Loosing around 700g per workout?!
Ok so last week I started again my krav maga training and after every single workout I get dropping by around 700g and surely it is not dehydration. Today I felt good about myself
I was to the gym for the saturday training and felt good looking into the gym mirror and then also a friend told me that I lost a lot of weight. In fact 5 kg since I met her in July. So it's a nice day! Hope that others even better will come.

Kcals in krav maga classes
I really have no idea how should I count this. On average I do around one and a half training including 10-15 minutes cardio as a warmup, then less than 5 minutes isometric exercises and afterwards technique. I feel that somehow if I would calculate it as martial arts as karate etc I will overestimate. For now I am logging…

I did different sports starting with judo when I was a little girl, basket, volley. Climbing trees (:D) Then 5 years ago I returned to gym and took acquagym classes (very funny). I need your help... a little out of the ordinary request
In may I had an incident to the left hand (partial fracture and also some ligaments damage). I continued to go to the gym, with elastic bandages and mainly ignoring the pain. Body fat percentage and ideal weight
According to DEXA I sould have around 39% of body fat. Technically I am in between overweight and obese. My doc told me that I should aim at a weight around 72-75 kg that for most charts etc is overweight and a body fat of 27%-29%. Any thoughts on this?

Turkey Burgers
Not exactly a recipe but mostly an idea. Turkey breast meat (250g), peppers red and green (150g more or less), tomatoes (150 g), one onion, two eggs, o bunch of parsley, a little salt and blend it all. It is the lunch today for me and my father. Best if grilled :) And of course a large bowl of mixed salad.
