Hi all,
In a few days I should resume gym and I saw the new timetables and I should go 3 times a ween starting from 20.00 to 21.00. Probably returning home 22.00 if lucky.
The problem is that after a training session i need to eat, I also need to take metformin (I am resistant to insulin) before eating and also need to snack before or I can't go with the training.
I will ask also my doc how to proceed but I would like also your experience. It is a little difficult to manage this since the rest of the days I return home at decent hours and I should always eat at the same hour.
Any thoughts are welcome.

I found I needed to 'split my dinner' have a protein source an hour or so before I went to the gym, plenty of water then a small meal after. My bloods remained between 6.7 and 7.5 that way, stabilised. Now I have lost weight and exercise found I no longer need metformin. have started today to track my glucose on my profile. Previously on fit bit site. My classes are often 7 pm and 8pm finishing at 9 and I arrive home at 9:30 to eat.
