My September exercise journal

Just restarted krav mags course. I really filling a lot better and... Hungry! Just looking for lunch!
Anyway it was I just loved it. We one and a half hour, 10 minutes warm up, started with some walking then jogging then some jumping jacks counting loud. And the we just reviewed some basic techniques starting low intensity and then going full speed and power. With control though, no protecting equippment today.
I had a little protest from my left knee but the hand seems ok.
