Whist do you think? I should add extra strength training?

I currently workout 3-4 times a week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and sometimes Saturday morning for one hour and a half or more. Doing krav maga. Pretty demanding both in cardio and strength.
My question is since I'm also loosing weight if u need to incorporate strength training when not going to gym and what I could do? I have free weights of 2 kg each. I walk every day for at least half an hour.
Any thoughts on this?

    I love doing free weights, been doing them for about a month, I feel much stronger and starting to see a very slight definition in my arms and chest.
    I do 7kgs in each hand when doing bicep curls, chest flies etc.:smile:

    Hey :) For Krav Maga its cool to do some little free weights and also bodyweight training like jump squads, lunges, mountain climbers etc. ....

    You dont need to do much workout around it :)
  • In fact my main question was to rest or just to train a little it just to het up my muscles and that's it. And also if you think that it something needed in the perspective on not loosing lean mass.
