anything chocolate, or with chocolate in it.....cookies, candy bar, ice cream brownies, chocolate cake, pudding...i could go on. BUT! i discovered chocolate frozen yogurt :] where i can indulge and not feel as guilty!

i'm 5'2" and my goal weight is 120-125. I'm lingering between 135-137 right now. Been here for 3 months :[

your best bet is to get a heart rate monitor and track your calories burned that way, and then log them into your cardio exercise.

Thank you ladies for all your input :] i'm just trying to get it figured out with my class schedule and night classes just seem to screw everything up :[ for those of you who do fit in an extra cardio workout, do you do it right before or after p90x or during a different time of the day?

I know when I exercise, I feel less tired and more energetic. Even during this time of the month. It's probably a good idea to go to your class, I think you'll be happy you did.

what motivated me was seeing my BMI ( body mass index). it's just your height and weight ratio. just google BMI calculator and you should get plenty of results. just enter your weight and height and it will tell you what your ideal weight should be for your age and height. I wouldn't get too obsessed over this part though.…
