From the excellent site Lifehacker. These may help you out.
Calculate Your Activity-Specific Calorie Burn with Wolfram Alpha
http://lifehacker.com/5602510/calculate-your-non+gym-exercise-with-wolfram-alpha
If you're exercising outside of the gym but still want the comforting statistics provided by modern technology, Wolfram Alpha can help you calculate your calorie burn for nearly any activity—like climbing the stairs on your way to work.
The calculation goes beyond just the activity statistics, calculating your energy expenditure based on personal statistics, such as your age. Once you've inputted a specific physical activity and other relevant information (such as distance and time), Wolfram Alpha will provide you with several statistics regarding your exercise and suggest alternative activities as well. We've already shown you how to calculate activity-specific calorie burn with Wolfram Alpha, but if you're trying to pick exercises based on their calorie burning powers, this chart will help you out.
If you've ever wondered whether you burn more calories hiking or canoeing (surprisingly, the answer's canoeing), this chart can point you in the direction of the most beneficial form of exercise. It's not quite as specific as Wolfram Alpha, but it can give you a pretty good idea at a glance, and still takes the most important factors into account (like weight and rigorousness of exercise). Plus, this list has everything from cycling to basketball playing to hacky sack to cleaning gutters—whatever your plans are for the day, you can probably find out how many calories you'll burn with this list.
Hit the link to check it out, and be sure to keep your calorie burning efficient with interval exercises and NEAT activities.

I guess I'm dumb because I cant figure out how to use it. Went to your links but it just talks about it with no way to use the tracker. Went to "Wolfram Alpha" and cant fingure it out there either.0

Melora, wolfram alpha is a little hard to comprehend and get the hang of its an incredible tool you just need to word things appropriately.
Its not a search engine like Google its more an answer engine. you give it an equation and it gives oyu the answer. Its amazing for math problems like very advanced algebraic equations
Here is a link to wolfram alpha that I did for my run last night. See how I configured the search criteria?

Wow it even asks if I want to include incline? and my resting heart rate and then refigured it all. This is way cool0
