  • I'm 5ft 7in and at my heaviest ever I was 213lbs (quite few years ago) last year I joined MFP when I weighed 165lbs and I'm now 125lbs :) I originally aimed to reach 140lbs that was my goal, but as you cant choose where to lose the weight from, I kept going as my hips/thighs/legs were still quite heavy. I kept at it hoping…

I do take lots of fluids, I regularly forget…

  • I checked mine last week and I was 54. Not entirely sure how accurate it is (using the heart rate app on my iphone) but over the last few weeks it has been slowly decreasing as I've lost weight and gained some fitness. Last time the doctor checked it was a couple of months ago and it was 62.
  • Hi Jolene, I am new too and happy to have friends to help me along the way! So please add me too we can all support each other :) x
  • I weigh myself almost every day and it's not a good idea! I think a weekly weigh in is more than enough. Before heading into the shower I see the scales and find the temptation to jump on them is too much ......... then I berate myself if it's not gone down and I get annoyed and despondent. I keep telling myself that…

Some days it feels like a real toil but Ive managed to keep it up now for 6 weeks exercising at least 5 days per week, but more often than not 7 days.. I always…
