Is it absolutely necessary to have such a high fat content each day?

I just received a $25.00 check from a class action lawsuit because I bought green coffee beans back in 2014

Y.W. After reading this I'm going to stop taking my melatonin unless I just cannot fall asleep. An endocrinologist would be very knowledgeable regarding your thyroid and your entire endocrin system including the pineal gland which produces melatonin.
-
This explains the endocrine system. http://leavingbio.net/endocrine%20system/endocrine%20system.htm I've been taking melatonin to sleep for several years. I'm glad you brought this up as according to this article http://www.livestrong.com/article/533642-melatonin-thyroid-disorders/ melatonin can reduce cell damage, BUT…

Agree, we have been using kosher salt for years and I just found it doesn't have iodine in it. Went out and bought some.

It's worth a try :drinker:

I weigh myself daily, but only update my check in when I've actually lost the weight.

:flowerforyou: HUGS - I have clinical major depressive disorder. Continue on your medication and see if it works for you, continue seeing a counselor. pray, take as long as you need to heal and take one day at a time.

It's not a fun process. Thanks for replying this really helped. Oh I finally got a period on day 61 - felt such a relief :-)

Glad I found this thread. I was cosidering the diet, but I need to eat every 3 hours - slow and steady wins the race

Thanks ladies - I think she was going to give me progresterone. I feel better knowing that others have gone longer than 60 days without and everything was fine. I think I'm cramping because I'm going to get a period - just not sure when.
-
I think it's important to trick your body - but not just eating whatever. I 'cheat' by going over my calorie goal slightly.
-
LOL But seriously

I don't know your parents, but maybe they are mean spirited or maybe they think that type of psychology will 'encourage you' . You need to stand your ground and let them know that it hurts.
-
Yes, thank you - I'm glad it is working for you - WTG

Bumping to see if any new updates - it's on sale now and I'm considering getting it. I have a frozen shoulder and joint problems . How difficult is it to follow the moves? Any other info would be appreciated.

I'm going through my very first episode of a substantial time w/o a period. I called my doctor and was told during peri-menopause it's not wise to go more than 3 months w/o menstruating and I could be given some progesterone to get things started after 2 months of not having a period.
-
It does come out to a lot of calories, but I also have been unsuccessful on doing 1200 a day - because then I get hungry. It really doesn't consider muscle weight vs fat weight and height and bone density.
-
Apparently it differs for everyone - I am getting more progressed in my Peri-menopause 43 days w/o a period and I feel like I have 10 lbs of menstrual build up and my appetite is crazy

I've just read different articles on the internet which said not to. I've been on it over a year and when I started taking the med I was still drinking my morning coffee and my levels went to normal. I have basically read not to intake caffeine within an hour or so just like calcium and iron.:noway:

Thank you
-
I'm extremely impressed, I think you just re-inspired me to get back in the game.

Thanks for the replies it helps to know I'm not alone. Apparently hormones and winter and the chlorine at the Y pool are contributors I actually tried some Vaseline Intensive care lotion which has been doing wonders and it's inexpensive. Also using Aveeno body wash  .
-
I'm already on thyroid medicine.
-
Thanks for your replies. It would appear that I had severely dry skin from head to toe and possibly my hormones made it more intense.

Honestly, it's all you, not me:laugh:
