      wow that is amazing, congratulations on all your hard work & thank you for the inspiration. I am in week 9 & so far have 28lbs gone. I started at 295lbs, am now at 267lbs. I still have 100lbs to go but its nice to see success stories from people who are in the same boat that I am :-)

      That is awesome! I am hoping to have similar results and working on my EATING right now more than anything else - I need to get that in check. I will be adding more exercise soon. Week 1 and I lost 5 pounds! Happy about that, but I have a long way to go. I'd love to be friends on MFP and just started following you on FB!
