From 287.5 to 236.5 in 3 months!

Hi everyone! This is the first time I've been able to post a success story on here. I started January 4th at 287.5 pounds and currently am down to 236.5 pounds. I've lost 51 pounds in 3 months. Healthy overhaul girl! I am on the Curves Complete diet, but I mostly have just changed my poor eating habit to healthy ones, and I exercise a lot!

Thanks everyone! I'm trying..Lol.. I go to Curves 3-4 times a week & take a local Zumba class 4 evenings a week. I also try to walk outside when the weather is nice if I can. 0
