Nice!!! I think that everyone who works down to another size owes it to themselves to get themselves some nice cloths. I also like digging in the closet and finding pants that I had in college. And rocking the crud out of them lol.

How are you on 1700 cal a day? I’m on 1400 6’2’’ guy. try cutting out the coffee extras, and I saw something like 7-11 nachos that said it was ~400 cal maybe for the chips but i call shenanigans

I just get the stuff at Wal-Mart actually I think that most grocery stores have it. I forget the name though. One can pay more for others and get bells and whistles or go cheap and get just the extra protein one is looking for.

Ya I just updated my goals and it dropped me to 1500 from 1700. Man I didn’t think it would be a big change, but its kinda killin me. I also eat back my cals, that has helped.

Tell him to download the mfp app and just start tracking what he eats. Tell him not to even try to cut down just track. I would bet that after a week or so he will start cutting some things without even realizing it. Maybe a subscription to men’s health. Or tell him you get mad bothered by abs.

I wouldn't fast but... I am not a big fan of breakfast. So I started supplementing my diet by juicing the night before and taking it with me to work. All I can say is do it. First thing I noticed was how much less bloodshot my eyes were. It really just makes one feel good all day.

I would put money on it that most of it is water with some fat mixed in. I have been guilty of dabbing the fat off of my pizza.
