Should I be eating back all of my exercise calories?

    If your intake is low, yes.
    Exercise also keeps you in a good shape.

    Are you using MFP numbers? If so, then YES

    If you are using TDEE method, then NO.

    MFP is designed so that you do eat your exercise calories back. if you don't, you are creating more of a deficit than the one already set up for you. However, MFP also tends to overestimate exercise calories. My advice would be to get a heart rate monitor to get an accurate reading of how many calories than you are actually burning to eat them all back. If you don't have one yet (it's a great investment), eat about half of the calories MFP gives you :smile:

    ^agree. however, with time and patience, u can figure out what works for you and tweak when necessary.
