with Rachel McLish. I just love her video .Could I just use it for a workout plan? And just up my weight when needed? I was told once when the weight is getting easy then it's time to up your weight.but should I be able to do all the reps at first? She does 12 reps.

I'm in the same boat as you are. I work from 6:30p to 6:30A so my off time is sleeping for the next 12.
