I have lost 6 pounds as well and it has been frustrating, BUT what I am focusing on the inches I have lost! 12.5 inches over the last 2 months, 5 just from my waist :) get a tape measure and focus on that! So much more motivating.

Thanks! The scale has been so frustrating, so it has been all about the measurements and how I FEEL! I have added more protein to my diet with lots of fish :)

Wow, just wow. It sounds like he is a kid himself and needs to grow up! Before you get up the courage is leave him, just live life the way you want...hire a babysitter ect. He should not even be in the equation.

I quit cold turkey almost 8 years ago. I use to drink 4-5 cans of sprite a day, sometimes more. Now the only time I drink pop/ soda is when there is rye in it. wow! thank you for all the tips guys:) I think the best thing to do is track food as much as possible. we are staying on property @ POFQ and we got tickets to MNNSHP as well:) thank you again for the advice! btw, I will not be eating a turkey leg! I found out they are 1000 calories each!

oh I am in the same boat. my husband is a snacker, eats all the time! drives me crazy.:) I have asked him not to bring my favorites into the house (chips) , but he can have his ice cream and cookies , which I don't like.
