Wow, I bet you were the life of the party back in high school....
-
ouch! You really should go see a physical therapist/athletic trainer who can assess you and put you on a tailored exercise program. Good luck!

Just made these and I'm so glad I did! Really satisfied my "breadstick" and marinara craving. The crispy edges were great. Added extra Italian seasonings and browned again after adding the cheese topping. I will be trying it as pizza crust next time for sure.

Thanks for the feedback. I will start eating protein with my carbs, and try to limit them as well. I have heard low carb, high fat works, but docs got me on 20-27 fat grams per day.

Exactly, it's very irritating having to read thru all that negativity. They just don't get the post is not about "them" lol! This sounds like a creative recipe that would go great with pizza dipping sauce. thanks OP.
-
Oh no! I had terrible cramps...couldn't go thru that again. Anyone else with that problem?
-
This is how I do it too....very good. Can't wait to try w/vanilla, salt and CC, thanks!
-
Thanks, thought I would have to say goodbye to crepes!

Treat fat as a minimum. There's no problem with high fat intake as long as it doesn't interfere with your protein intake. Fat is yummy. If a 225 calorie brownie has half your fat intake, you're probably not getting enough fat. [/quote] Well, I am only allowed 20-27 grams of fat per day due to a medical condition...soooo,…

Believe me, I love food and I don't want to eat mock recipes for the rest of my life. I respect your opinion, and if I could, I would keep the oil in the recipe...but, it would take most of my fat grams for the day. So for me, replacing oil with applesauce is a godsend if I want to indulge in a piece of cake and still try…

Or they could put on their big boy/girl pants and ignore the post that clearly they are not interested in. It's tiring to rifle through so much negativity. Maybe they could take the time to post something better.

I hear what your saying, but the women who posted a recipe for "cauliflower breadsticks" did not have a stick up her rear and no one needed to call her out. She was simply posting a recipe, (as an example) which was creative and could be diet friendly. But instead all she got was flack by a bunch of whiny crybabies. If…

I want that mac and cheese recipe! Take a jar of Nutella, add 4 eggs, blend and put in a pie shell, or so I read!

If you "laugh" at someone and basically call them a dork (in so many words) how is that humorous?
-
People who bully always think they are funny, being humorous is something altogether different.
-
This is a site where people are trying to lose weight. Why should you "laugh" at someone or "bully" someone because you don't like the recipe? That's being childish....move on. When I see a new recipe, I like to see if people have made it as well and hear their honest opinion, not some bs and grade school humor. This site…

By the title, I thought you were talking about how someone is nice enough to post a recipe, then 10 people pick it apart and jump down their throat because it's not to their liking. Lots of trolls on this site...it's like being back in grade school.
-
Obviously you did not read the actual post before you decided to make your snide and smug remarks. I did say I realized that and also, no where does it state anything about GMO's being in the turkey as you so tiresomely keep saying. Lastly, if you if you believe the US has enough manpower to adequately inspect food that…

^ this exactly......, also, what's wrong with actually, say, having Americans eat chickens raised and processed in America???
-
Hmm, now I know how you got your handle.
-
Oh, I realize that.....It just doesn't make me feel all warm and cozy about filthy business practices. But I will say, it has made me more aware of what I put in my body. So, I guess it is helping me lose weight!
-
True, not the best article but I wanted to post a source as people are finding it hard to believe.....I know I did!

There are people without good immune systems, the elderly, children, people who have other illnesses. And, even if everyone did, it doesn't stop all the infection. Dude, some schmuck who didnt wash his hands made the burger I ate for lunch that caused my dysentary. I guess you never watched the video about where Walmart…

read it and weep....http://nypost.com/2013/09/15/schumer-blasts-usdas-decision-to-allow-us-chicken-processing-in-china/

I'm sure this is true...years ago I had disentary (sp?) for months before the doctors found out what it was. It was Horrible, and I'm sure I only made it thru because I was young and healthy. Talk about a "diet"....was not able to hold down any food.
-
^ Love
-
I didn't know that...all this info is sure helping me with my diet tho
-
Oh, never even thought about how long I may be on it...didn't think it wasn't forever. 78 and still on it? OK! I think I heard Suzanne Sommers is 67 and she still does it. I doubt if I could afford the natural stuff, heard it's very expensive.
-
yum!

This would probably work good...I had a very old popcorn bowl and vented top that was made specifically for the microwave and it works great.
