I agree with the others, just focus on making healthy choices and getting as much rest as you can! It will start falling off and then once you're good & healed, start out slow with some walking or yoga. I always hear that weight loss is 80% nutrition so don't even worry about the exercise at this point! =)

So far, my progress has been awesome! I'm just now starting Week 6 and I feel amazing. I have so much energy and I'm feeling a lot stronger. My Fit Test results have improved drastically. I'm enjoying the workouts a lot even though they're tough and I've learned that I loooove cardio!! =) My only advice is to not give up!…

Thank you!! My hubby started with me too but only made it a couple days! ;) I swear after the first week it gets more tolerable...still rough but your body gets used to being pushed. It's all mind over matter, I definitely didn't want to keep going but I'm glad I did!!! =)

I usually take in around 2,000 calories each day...sometimes less, sometimes more but I always make sure to eat when I'm hungry!! lol It just depends on the day and how much exercise I get and how I feel. MFP really helps me stay on track...although, I really don't think you should worry much about limiting calories if…

I've only lost 5 lbs. but my whole body is changing and I'm only 30 days into Insanity!! =) Try not to focus on the scale so much...not only does it fluctuate and cause headaches but muscle gain makes a huge difference!! Just be sure to take measurements and I promise you will see AND feel change!
