Just wanted to share my progress! =) I have PCOS which has made things tough but after having my second baby last June, I decided I HAD to get healthy and make some lifestyle changes. Since last summer, I've gone from 258 lbs. down to 200 lbs! =) I've also lost 11" from my waist and 6-10" from all of my other areas! I still have a lot of work to do before I reach my goal weight but the important thing is just that I'm feeling sooo much better and I'm a lot stronger and more energetic!
