Good work on the amount of chocolate you ate. My husband doesn't eat that much chocolate so it was all left to me. I think that this is the best approach. Your husband needs to understand your goals. We have junk in our house but I have put it in a high up place so I have to get a chair to reach it. So whilst I get that chair I do think should I be eating this? More often than not I don't eat it, when I do I just do some extra exercise.

I don't think that it is actually a maintained database, hence why it is free. If you need to put your own food in just create the same one and add in brackets "correction" or something along those lines....

I had PCOS, it was really bad about 10 years ago. I was on metformin for 2 years. At the same time I went on a low calorie diet and lost over 40 kilos (88 pounds). Following that I stopped the metformin. I struggle a bit with my weight not as much as before, however I am always careful with my fat, carb and sugar in take!

Edit he is actually burning 3000 over in 5 hours .... which I highly doubt the above is doing!

There is no way that you are burning 2000 calories each day, my husband does a 5 hour cycle and he burn 2000... I am more than positive you aren't burning that much energy... I would suggest a heart rate monitor ... I find swimming doesn't burn as much as a 2 mile run!

Comments sound judegemental! I have a TV (actually 2) work very hard, exercise, cook all food from scratch, clean and I am a mum! Helps relax after my little boy has gone to bed!
