I am having issues as to determine how many calories to eat...i am quite loss resistant. Today was my first day. I ate around 3.15 pm even though i had plan a window between 4-8 . I am going to try to delay it 1/2 hr every day so as to ge to the 6-10 pm. I feel its working And even went to the gym and were on the treadmill for 1/2 hr and did some crunches. I will weight next friday. Any suggestions anyone?

Hi i have 50 pounds to loose. As it is i am used to walk an average of 2-3 miles a day. I have started a gym and i am going and do 15 min bike and some crunches,squats and get in the sauna. what is your game plan to get to your goal??? my advise , have no reservations...before you put something in your mouth think about the shame you feel being overweight...( this works for me) i was ashamed to go places and take pictures....so get going !! dont stop till you get there!
