Kitchen, for sure. The best way to control calorie intake is to prepare your own meals. There are many body weight exercises you can do in the comfort of your room to maintain your fitness routine. A jump rope, some resistance bands and you'll be good to go!

Hey, hey! Height 5'4" Current Weight: 169 Goal Weight: 145 lbs. Love boot camp and strength training. Illness sidetracked my workouts for 3 months, but I'm baaaaack! Sometimes have trouble staying motivated ... realize that only I can fix that. I do find inspiration from MFPs, so maybe my fitness twin can help out?!?!?
