Carbohydrates includes fiber and sugars, so yes, if you subtract fiber from total carbs you'll get net carbs. No need to add in the sugar. :)

Yes! I'm 5'4 and starting at 220. I don't have a goal weight because I've never been "slim" and I don't know what weight I'll be most comfortable at :)

Don't worry! It's only one day :) If you had the pizza for lunch and feel hungry at supper time have something for supper. Plan some healthy meals for tomorrow and be sure to stick to your plan.

I recently started keto - set to 65%fat 30%protein 5%carbs - recommended 20g or less of carbs My gross carbs are over that, but I'm getting my carbs from high fibre foods so my net carbs are really low.

Eating more fat can keep you fill longer. My favourite snacks right now are almonds and cucumbers :)
