uggh...bad weekend

So I fell off the horse this weekend bad -.-;
Friday night out with lots of sugary snacks at art openings, sodas, and ending in a greasy sandwich and fries late dinner.
Saturday sugary donuts, TONS of snacking on cookies/chips/etc, pizza lunch had three slices!, soda, then dinner out where I had some ridiculously sauce and cheese smothered burger and fries and more soda...and then chocolate froyo with the sugary toppings!

and now I feel like crap! not like oh I feel bad I set myself back no like physically feel like crap. Sluggish heartburny headachy lethargic crap.

How do you get to feeling good again after crazy amounts of sugar/processed/food badness? (not that I am saying all this food is bad, just moderation is the key and I threw the whole damn lock out the window)
