Healthy snack ideas

Need some ideas for a quick and healthy snack!

  • My staples right now are cucumber (cut thick and into 4ths) and roasted/salted almonds. Yum!
  • couple ideas:
    1. make a spread with 1 can chick peas, some olive oil (maybe 1 tbls), juice of a lemon, a large handful fresh basil, salt. Whiz together in the food processor and spread over rice crackers.
    2. i make another dip with a whole container of cottage cheese (which I really dont usually like), add about 2 tbls of mayo, and 3/4 package of club house salad seasoning (i like the garden veg and ranch flavours). Whiz together till smooth. makes an awesome dip for veggies.
