The BMI thing isnt always accurate tho......it doesnt take into account body type ...ectomorph, mesomorph, endomorph, or a petite/average/large boned build. It also doesnt know if someobeis say, 6ft tall but 258, that they are muscle and lean....bmi only compares weight and height. I used to rely on bmi....til I found out…

Honestly, fluctuations are super normal for females usually. Water, health, salt, exercise and diet, as well as sleep all play a role. I have bounced 4lbs in a 10 day time frame before, even 5.5 once. I wouldnt worry about it. Too much at once is like, 5+ in 7 days without effort. THEN Id be concerned.

My parents were obese my whole life. I was a size 4 at graduation and by age 27, a size 16/18 or 18/20 on a 5'3" small boned frame. I'm, down to a size 14 with lots of work ahead but you just reminded me 'why' I am doing this earlier than my parents. I want to enjoy my life. So proud of you.

Agree with poster above. Just keep going and layoff the exercise. You can shock your body and it's probably going WHAT?!!! right now. 3 hrs a day is madness. Maybe do 1-2 hrs daily with 4 strength (body weight training not lifting yet) and one cardio blast day. Also make sure you're sleeping enough honey. I started at 209…
