It is hard, especially when you first start out... You just really need to find something you like to do, or listen to music or watch tv or netflix while on the treadmill or elliptical or bike...I read somewhere that it takes about 2 months for something to become a habit...so don't give up! It was hard for me to start…

I like to pre-plan my food as well as my workouts because it holds me accountable and keeps me in check! However, make sure that you plan reasonable goals for the day, otherwise it may seem too overwhelming and you may be less likely to accomplish it. Small steps at a time! :happy:

Throgmar, No, that never happened to me before! I never really had any side effects with seroquel so far...never even got groggy when I first started it as most people said they had! That sounds really scary! I'm sorry you had that experience!:cry:
