  • I've struggled with the same thing - fruits have been easier than veggies for me, but it's still a struggle. thank goodness for applesauce and v8 fusion..... ;p
  • Now that we are two months in, has your favorite workout changed any? I have been trying to push myself to try new things... some have had me laughing so hard, I could barely keep up.... Has anyone else discovered something new they like?
  • light popcorn is filling and relatively low in calories. when i need salty-crunch, pretzels work...i just have to make sure that I count them out into a bowl and leave the bag in the cabinet. the baked lays/ruffles, etc make better choices when you're looking for chips. goldfish are also baked, so better for you. cheerios…

  • Great idea!! I've enjoyed Leslie Sansone Walk at home dvds... they're low impact, pretty easy to follow, but you get a really good 4 mph workout. And like Leigh Ann, I like yoga, but the stretching, easy kind-- Element AM & PM yoga for beginners (w/ Elaine Brower, I think her name is) and BodyWisdom yoga for beginners…
