My name is Sophia and I do like it. Firstly well done for the massive weight loss so far!! I think that you're body is now losing the 'hard fat' after the initial bumper fat weight loss. I.e. your body has settled down a bit and a 1.5lb a week weight loss is great!! That means it will stay off in the long term. I have put on 1lb today after a not so good…

Hi I agree with the others, anything less than 1200 a day is counterproductive. I want to lose 18lbs and my cals were set at 1200 a day which it said would give me a 0.8lb a week loss. Well I lost 1.2lbs my first week and my second weigh in today showed that I have lost another 1.8lbs which means I've lost 3lbs in two…

As the others have said, loads of low calorie alcohol options, however watch the sugar levels. I had a glass of moscato rose earlier this week and one glass had 15g of sugar but only 106 cals.............! You know what sugar turns into.........

Hi Greg I would do the most logically thing which is add all the five calorific values together and divide by 5. That will give you the average of them all and is probably the closest match. I make this average number to be 3741 calories which is the number I would go with. However, I would stick to the HRM Oregan thing…

Do not feel disappointed!! You have to get into a mindset of anything lost is a complete result :smile: My first weigh in is on Monday and my fear is that I will either be the same or put on which will be severely demotivatiing but I will keep on going!! Hi Definitely just weigh yourself no more than once a week - I think anything more than that leads to stress and obsessing! I weigh myself in the noddy, after toilet duties first thing in the morning. You are doing great - keep positive! :wink:
