  • I have been drinking diet coke for almost 35 years. I love the stuff, actually diet mountain dew is a favorite! However, when it comes to weight loss at this age, drinking diet soda doesn't help, if makes me hungry, and keeps me bloated...been getting head aches,...do better w/o aspartame, am hoping we don't find out in…

  • You all just make me HAPPY! I'm 5'7' and I have been running 4 to 4.5 mph! And it feels like running, my leg muscles and lungs feel it! And I love it! So glad there are others! THANKS!

  • I always find, the run gets better with time. The first 10-20 minutes are always difficult for me! enjoy the scenes while there! No reason to skip life while running! Take deep breaths, relax and enjoy!

  • Greetings. I've got more than 20 pounds to loose. 20 by September! and another 20 by Jan or Feb! then maintain! It is a long, but fabulous journey. I've already lost 20 pounds and feel so much better, plus am a size and 1/2 smaller than before! Welcome!!!

  • I just completed the 30 Day Shred and need to move onto different routines. Is Shred in 30 the best next place to go? The ones you are using are they similar to the 30 day shred, i.e. there is 3 min weights, 2 mins cardio, 1 min abs? Is there cardio? Thanks, Joy
