There are 10 minute workout DVD's, and there's a specific cardio version that I love. I do them in my living room, and my favorite is the kick boxing. REALLY gets you working hard, and it's nice to feel them get easier.

This topic has gotten a lot of attention, but for me, what helped was the weight loss (duh), but also strengthening the pectoral muscles. If nothing else, it helped them perk up a bit.

As long as you wash your foods, it's not a huge difference (although I've found that organic strawberries last longer in the fridge than non-organic), healthwise. What does make a difference is the amount of processing. If you can cut down on the highly processed food, then it's generally better for you.

I get them from time to time too. I can't say for sure, but here are my suspicions. :) 1) Things with lots of sodium cause you to retain way more water. Even when I'm under the calorie goal, if I ate food with lots of sodium, I'll gain, and then have to wait a few days for the excess that was retained to work it's way out.…
