It's because the free version only shows you the total carbs, not the net carbs. I just keep a mental tally of my net carbs and don't worry too much about it.

I have a co-worker who also says she wants to stay thick and can't imagine why I'd want to be able to see muscles. It's fine with me if you want to be a bit overweight, you don't have to justify it, but don't try to act like I am doing something to you cause I am aiming for a more aggressive goal!

I've had a bodymedia for about 2 weeks now and I LOVE it! Once it finds a good place in your arm you rarely notice it and its awesome to see exactly what is going on with your body. I figured if I was gonna spend a lot on a gadget I wanted it to be the best and to be the most accurate, which is why u picked the bodymedia.

I think that if you look at the standard american diet Raw is a HUGE step up. That many vitamins and nutrients flooding the system after the malnutrition of the sugar filled standard diet.
