Question?

I am doing the KETO diet (or lifestyle change more like) do I need to upgrade my fitness pal app to the premium in order to really track my macros and stuff? It just seems like my breakfast alone with coffee, whipping cream, 2 splendas, 2 eggs and 3 turkey sausages put me over my % ranges?? Help please!!

    You should be able to easily track your macros with the free version. I can see my total numbers for each day as I log. Are you not seeing them?

    It's because the free version only shows you the total carbs, not the net carbs. I just keep a mental tally of my net carbs and don't worry too much about it.
