I love avacado's. I would eat one everyday if I could but they are too expensive. :(

When I use my Wii to jog, I can jog for 30 minutes. Outdoors, maybe 4-5 minutes at a time. During my Wii jog, I use 5 pound weights to work my arms and abs. Outdoors, the track I use is slightly tilted, giving it a higher impact feel. I don't have any way to test which method burns more calories. I would say both have a…

1.) You can save up some calories everyday for a "big" meal. Somed people call them pocket calories 2.) Eat a smaller breakfast/lunch 3.) Eat it, enjoy, log it. Move on. One meal isn't going to destroy everything.

I fit into medium shirts nicely now. And all my pants are saggy. I don't want to say goodbye to my yoga pants. I lobe them.

It takes a while to get used to the idea of being smaller. Lots of people on here are still trying to get their minds to catch up to a new body. I just smile and say thank you when I'm complimented.

Weight loss starts in the kitchen. You can lose weight by just eating in a calorie defict. Exercise helps though.

I can already tell that I will have saggy skin on my stomach. I'm looking into getting a nice vintage style one piece bathing suit. I refuse to let the fear of saggy skin keep me from losing weight and being healthy.

Found out I was fasting 16:8 without knowing it. :D I tend to eat all my calories between 12p.m - 8p.m. I don't think its really helped boost anything. I sleep like a rock though.

Round Rock!

You could search for a paleo group using the group search function.

^ I second that. And avoid the chips. I would try fish if they have it. I love fish though.

Could be as simple as allergies. I live in central Texas and my head hasn't stopped hurting in days. :D

I have 9. They are a chronicle of my journey through life. I either drew them or helped design each. They represent parts of my life. I only regret one because its going to cost a hell of a lot to fix and it on both of my calfs. *sigh* I designed it myself, was very proud of it, let a dumba$$ wannabe try to tattoo it.…

Hello, I started at 259 and am now 205. I took an almost two year break and have been back for a little over 2 months. Its possible and you can do it. You don't have to exercise to lose weight but I would recommend starting some sirt of movement you enjoy.

You have to be your main motivator. Your health issues aren't your fault. Don't blame yourself for things you can't do anything about. You have come a long way with your weight loss journey. Congratz! :) Exercise is a great way to help alleviate depression.

Me too. :D its so close yet the scale didn't move this week. I've been at 208 for two weeks.

This discussion has cured me of wanting bigger boobies..... I feel like bras were made to torture women all the way from buying to wearing them. I like my sports bras. I gave up on underwire a few months ago. I may buy one for special dresses but that thing is comming off the minute I get home. :D

Hey there! I believe there are support groups on MFP for EDs that you can try. Of course there's plenty of people on here that will support you. Congratz on your recovery. :)

Congratulations on your loss! I totally agree with you.... those "Meanies" make sense and I love them for it. <3

My husband works nights. He's eating fruit at night. You could try nuts, just make sure you measure out a portion. :)
-
Yes, you may end up with some loose skin. I don't like the idea either. But I would rather deal with loose skin than all the issues associated with being overweight. Can you afford those cost?
-
Umm, do what makes you feel good. Make sure you go to a professional, no at home self piercings. You also need to think about proper cleaning. Just be safe and have fun. Its your body, do what you want. :D

I feel your pain. I have wide hips and a big behind. :D I like wearning boy shorts cut type. I get mine at Ross because its cheaper than going to fancy stores. I like the spandexy ones....they still fit after losing 17 pounds and they keep their shape. I know cotton is better but I've never found any that I like.

Body shaming isn't ok. Two wrongs don't make a right. I'm sorry you're being shamed for being small/thin. If your friends are doing this I would say something to them. Tell them that it makes you uncomftable.
-
I didn't lose any weight either this week. Stupid period hormones. :D

I gained about 80- 100 pounds between the ages of 11-13. I don't think it was just puberty for me though. We moved to the US from Germany just before I turned 11. I dealt with a huge life change without proper parental support. I had major anxiety issues. I'm now, 15 years later, working on correcting my health issues.…
