No WL this week

So I jumped on the scale a few minutes ago and I haven't lost any weight this week. I could tell by my body that I hadn't lost anything, but I'm still kind of bummed. At least I maintained though. I'm going to keep doing what I did this week and increase the number of times I go to the gym and see what happens next Sunday. Wish me luck everybody!

    My body fluctuates quite a bit. I'll lose weight, then gain a little, gain a little, then I'll have another significant weightloss. Just stick with whatever program you're doing, whether its walking, lifting, or some beach body program, just stick with it. You'll get results.

    No problem. Think of it in terms of superheroes. When the going gets tough, you get tougher. Just because you feel you've faltered this week, you pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and take on a new approach.

    I've retained water this week because of all the yummy fruits Ive been eating (I eat a piece of fruit every hour at work). I took note of what my body was doing, so this week I'm approaching differently. I'm cutting down on my fruits, and adding in more veggies instead.

    It's actually fun to switch little things up and see how they work. Everyone is different, so see what works for you.

    I didn't lose any weight either this week. Stupid period hormones. :D
