Navel piercing

Hi guys, I'm 5'7 and 150 pounds. I've really been thinking about getting my belly button pierced. I am one of those girls that like to show off their bellies even if Im not the size of a supermodel. But any advice or opinions you guys have would be really helpful! Thanks!

    Umm, do what makes you feel good. Make sure you go to a professional, no at home self piercings. You also need to think about proper cleaning. Just be safe and have fun. Its your body, do what you want. :D

    I wouldn't do it.
    I had my belly button pierced and could never get it to heal. And I've had friends who had hard times getting it to heal since clothes are always rubbing it.

    I prefer my ear piercings lol

    I have my belly button pierced multiple times, I love them, and would never get rid of them, do what makes you feel good!

    Best advice I can give is on the practical end. Find a piercer who knows what they are doing. Quality jewelry, clean shop, sterile equipment. Also keep in mind that you won't be able to submerge the piercing until it heals, so you may not want to have it done around the time you have a trip to the beach planned.

    I'm a piercer myself and my piercings have always given me great bouts of confidence, Go for it!!! Just make sure you go to a good piercer and use good jewelry! Don't switch your jewerly for the first month or two to avoid irritation and... salt water washes every morning and night! :)
