If you are working out, even with hard core cardio, you CAN add water weight. Your muscles hold on to every ounce of water- especially if you are not drinking enough. Maybe up your water intake? Good luck!!

I agree with about all the posts. Smith machines are so targeted that they do not translate into real world activities. If you really want to stick with PF, I guess your best bet is dumbbells.
