I have just ordered a treadmill (it is being delivered on tuesday) however being as heavy as i am i did not realise that i was 10kg heavier than the max weight on the website. Thank you. I will try the alternate arm lifting (although may give it a few weeks to build up to lol). I am hoping that when i am brave ebough for a crop top next year that i will have abs of steel by carrying on with these (they really do hurt!!) Andrea x

its been terrible weather, not making me want to go our for my powerwalk, gonna give the dvd a go tonight instead. although husband has walked in with huge box of chocolates (will resist them) want to be a dress size down by christmas x
