Honestly............this happens to everyone.......and if your at the gym with people that are there to actually work out then you won't get any unwanted attention unless you bring it upon yourself.....and if a guy or girl is staring or making you uncomfortable by staring......you either ignore it or confront it......best…

always eat the right amount of calories....don't under-eat...............i eat tons of food throughout the day and lose weight with regular exercise........plus under-eating will make your body at some point in time feel like it needs to splurge.........then that's when you start seeing too much food intake........trust…

pasta and potatoes......carbs should actually help you lose faster if you eat them in small portions a bunch throughout the day......this is how i lose weight.......protein in morning.....then rice......then protein shake and a sandwich........then more rice.......then italian dinner or mashed spuds and a burger for dinner.

if you are maintaining a low cal diet and eating a bunch of very small meals a day.......then on a cheat day once a week you eat something big in the morning or afternoon for lunch like say a huge burrito or a burger.......it actually does help because even though you are getting a higher calorie intake you are forcing…

choose a cutoff time...this is the easiest...if you usually stay up till 1am for instance.....then make that your cutoff.....then no matter what you do...stay up after 1am or go to sleep before.........if you eat after that time even by a minute then it counts for the next day....then all your readings will be consistent.

same here...have had a heavy course load and commute to school..........always put a little time in for yourself though...even if that means skipping on something you like doing for something like fitness

This right here is good advice........I used to be a 3 hour workout person.....not anymore.....1-1 1/2 hour workouts have yielded better results.
